Icons
html/icons holds one 320 × 320 PNG per type: car.png, error.png, heart.png, house.png, info.png, location.png, money.png, objective.png, question.png, success.png, warning.png. Each is a coloured glyph with a glow on a transparent background; the opaque core is centred so the image fills the round disc without offsets. The accent colours in Config.Types were sampled from these icons.
The icons ship with the resource; no third-party author is recorded for them. Add your own by dropping a PNG into the folder and referencing it in Config.Types or in the icon field of a call.
Sounds
html/sounds contains three OGG files converted from Mixkit preview clips:

Source: Mixkit sound effects, used under the Mixkit Sound Effects Free License. The licence allows use in projects, including commercial ones, without attribution, but does not allow redistributing the files on their own as a sound library. Keep them inside the resource and do not repackage them separately.
Fonts
The card uses the system Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif stack. Nothing is downloaded.
Design origin
The card layout (proportions, disc, accent bar, title and message sizes) comes from an HTML mock-up of the GTA VI notification style prepared for this resource; Config.Scale = 0.5 renders it at half the mock-up size.
